Fluorides in Toothpaste
Fluorides used in toothpaste:
There are many fluoride compounds used in toothpaste. Most commonly used compounds are sodium fluoride and monofluorophosphate.
Examples of dentifrices containing sodium monofluorophosphate (MFP) are Colgate with MFP and Macleans Fluoride. AIM and Crest are toothpastes containing stannous fluoride.
